Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of CORXIT evaluations and corrections. By submitting materials or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

The service

CORXIT provides a behavioral evaluation of customer-facing materials against our 36-criteria standard, along with written corrections, wireframes, and supporting files, delivered as a single package. This is a one-time deliverable, not a subscription or ongoing service.

What's included

The specific deliverables included in your package are listed on our What You Get page as of the date of your order.

The guarantee

If delivery exceeds 48 hours from receipt of your materials, 50% of your payment is refunded automatically. If any deliverable listed in your package is missing, we will complete it at no additional cost. CORXIT does not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as increased sales or conversion rates, as these depend on factors outside our control, including implementation, market conditions, and pricing.

Implementation

CORXIT provides corrected copy, wireframes, and instructions. Building or implementing those corrections into a live website, sign, or other material is the client's responsibility, whether done by the client, a hired designer or developer, or another party.

Ownership

Once delivered, all corrected copy, wireframes, and materials created specifically for your package are yours to use, edit, and implement as you see fit.

Limitation of liability

CORXIT's evaluations reflect our documented standard at the time of review. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from implementation choices made by the client or third parties acting on the client's behalf.
